To purchase wine or tickets from Above Wines & Grappolo Wine Shop, you must be 21 years of age or older. Valid identification will be required upon delivery or entry.
2. Geographic Limitations
We currently sell and ship wine only within the states of Texas or California. Orders made from outside these states will not be processed.

When you submit an order through our websites by filling out our purchase form, you are offering to buy the products or event tickets at the prices indicated, including any delivery or service charges that apply. All orders and ticket reservations are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirmation.

All orders and ticket reservations are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a replacement or a refund. Wine vintages are subject to change. Event dates, locations, and availability are also subject to change.
5. Prices and Payment
The prices payable for items or tickets are those displayed on our websites at the time of your order, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card at the time of submitting the order form. We accept major credit cards as listed on our websites.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time frames.
7. Return and Refund Policy
Wine Purchases: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Event Tickets: Tickets purchased for Above Wines events are refundable up to 7 working days before the event date. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds, as most of the event organization is already completed.
